Hey mates, I'm new to this programmer, I'm trying to reset (clear crash) on this Module:

2019 Subaru crosstrek. -  98221FL190. -  R5F61726

I don't see a way to do it with this GromCalcTool (G-Prog Pro full). Or maybe just don't know how, or maybe is not possible to do.

If there is a way to do it, please can you explain step by step how... how to read, how to clear crash and how to write back.

in pro byte subaru 0137 read file  and by uart just write file clear file in h8sx.

Thanks, I'm not very familiar with his programmer, so I'll try my best. where exactly do I find the clear file? I looked around and couldn't fin it.

On ProByte, do I need a 120 ohms resistor between the CANBUS contacts?

no need to clean anything, read ProByte via CANBUS, save it, then write via uart, the whole block is ready

If still not working use any other open port j2534

Thanks for your help, I'm really lost with this programmer, it's more complicated than the one I normally use (CarProTool), but I need to learn how to use it, I know this tool is very good, but a little complicated to operate, until you have used for a few times. Any help is more than wellcome.

its not complicated  

use any other open port usb device like toyota mini j2534 vxdiag tactrix 2.0

 

install driver 

probyte auto show that device 

then use it

Last question, Tactrix is the brand?

because i see a few different ones on Amazon, and some of them says Tactrix Inc. on the picture but if you see the brand it says something different. Just checking

yes two type one orignal version and other is clone version even clone version working fine 

its a brand u buy any one u share the pic even buy that one its working fine
