Hello, I am having trouble getting a connection to clear the crash code with the gromcalctool for a 2021 Subaru Ascent. I am currently using an external board and I have connected the pins based on the diagram I have (see image). I'm wondering if i have the correct diagram or what the issue might be.

1. You have not described the problem. What error does the programmer show?

2. You can check the connection simply by comparing your board and the photo in the help 

3. You can simply reset the "ProByte" by click one button
