Hello, I am unable to find the dump file for this part number in GCT. Any help? Thanks. This is my 2nd Subaru that I’ve come across where there is no dump file (also H8SX). I was told that I should go through the H8SX UART and try to find the associated number of the processor. I understand all of that, but still don’t see the dump.

Thanks for the information. I ended up changing the port delay to 3 seconds instead of 0 seconds, and that fixed the problem.

Hello, I am unable to find this part number in the dump calculator. Any help? I have a gprog pro and gprog lite. I would attach the original crash file, but unfortunately I did not back it up (I tried to use a different part number). Thanks!

Hello, I have done a couple Subaru locked ECUs but am now but having a problem with this one. I was able to unlock/read this module on the first try. When trying to add the clean crash file, gprog became unresponsive and I had to restart the software. When restarting Gprog, I was then unable to unlock it again. It keeps on saying “unlocking FALSE, try again”. Any thoughts or help? Changing the baud rate did not help, and the only port delay that works is 50ms.

Hello, I am having trouble getting a connection to clear the crash code with the gromcalctool for a 2021 Subaru Ascent. I am currently using an external board and I have connected the pins based on the diagram I have (see image). I'm wondering if i have the correct diagram or what the issue might be.
