no one told me to connect 12v from programmer and no manual to know wher can i connct 12v for nissan module any way no ligh geen or red and no communicate with laptop what can i do for now please thanks

hi today i tried to do a nissan airbagand when i solder wire to adapter i ask for 12v so i think grom like other programmer it need short pins to get 12v and now my grom is dead when i connect usb is is make some beep an stop can i make it alive again i just check it no short inside can you help me please many thanks
