Toyota camry 2018 89170-06641 after write with gprog b1163!

Hello 

I had some problem with this type of module and today again, toyota camry 2018 89170-06641 there was no any code except shine airbag indicator

after i removed the unit and read it with gprog and clear crash it and write it again i have this problem b1163 "ECU airbag malfunction4"

the problem is the file or it is the programmer thanks for the help

already rewrite the old flash there was same error, so it looks like programer because there was no any code except light

I read same as the video and the car have pedestrian protection, read, save,clear,write, done all of those as in the video but this code appeared b1163 i really need help because the code 

is still active and the passenger airbag light was fine now it wont go away too when someone in there
