Hello experts. I'm having trouble with my

Mazda SRS

MCU R7FR0133A.

I've followed the instructions in the manual (Help manual PDF) but I can't read the data. The machine keeps showing:
No response from the device! The message header was not received. Check the quartz frequency <Soft>.
