no it always the same i have 2 modules from tesla and cannot read it

Hi today look like it reading perfect but the problem can not write it back after crash is cleared . Any advise what to do or can someone make video . Thanks

I'm getting the same error from my Tesla module. Were you able to solve the problem?
 How can I add an external 12-volt power supply?Thank you
